I serve as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to Los Angeles and virtually in Massachusetts and Arizona. I help make mental health and wellness accessible to underserved populations, such as chronically ill and neurodivergent folks, through affordable therapy, specializing in trauma, OCD, and anxiety disorders. I am paneled with insurance through Headway as well as NOCD.
Part of my training has also been in mindfulness and yoga, which I offer to community. I am also passionate about supporting others in telling their narratives for social impact and have had a communications background in doing so for The Trevor Project, a 24-7 Lifeline support for the LGBTQIA community.

Let's talk about how I can support you! Have you found yourself emotionally, mentally, or physically dysregulated after a crisis or change? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master of Social Work, I support people in finding balance, stability, recovery, and hope through therapy and reintegration into community.
I am also a supervisor and consultation leader.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY
I design treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, ERP, HRT, BA, or PE to address the immediate needs of clients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, BFRBs, BDD, and OCD. Through individual and group therapy for ages 10 and up, I help clients meet long-term goals towards self-efficacy and mental stability. Sessions may include the gold standard treatment of exposure response prevention, processing narratives around trauma using EMDR or PE, cognitive restructuring around unhelpful thought processes or behaviors, solution-focused work around taking action towards interpersonal and personal change, psychoeducation, tracking behaviors outside of therapy, and mindfulness exercises.
